Role Overview
We are seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our Quality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop technical expertise while ensuring compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and company quality procedures. The successful candidate will play a key role in quality assurance, technical reviews, and continuous improvement processes within our electrical engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Quality team in monitoring and improving electrical installation quality across projects.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and client requirements.
- Assist in reviewing technical documentation, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality control processes.
- Collaborate with site teams, project engineers, and subcontractors to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for non-conformances.
- Support the development of standard operating procedures and best practices for quality assurance in electrical installations.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, reports, and records.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development to enhance technical knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, components, and industry regulations.
- Understanding of quality assurance processes, testing procedures, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to document findings effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Amtech, or similar).
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
